I deal with stress in many ways, but mostly I eat or shop. But I have to say that music also has a calming affect on me. Sometimes, I love to blast my radio and dance, while other times I enjoy a glass of wine and listen to Josh Groban or Placido Domingo. My musical tastes are all over the place.
Lately, I've been sitting in my den and watching the birds and squirrels that come to my deck. I go through a loaf of bread a day to feed them. THAT de-stresses me.
