When you're feeling stressed what is one thing that you do that helps you feel better.
Can be serious or silly.

Mine is silly...I go into my bedroom, close the door, put on one of my favorite CD's, turn the volume up and dance like a loca in the full length bedroom mirror! helps make a stressful situation a little bit lighter. Its good excercise too. smile

Although each stressful situation is different and can call for a different method to help I find that this is one always can make me feel better. Yeah, I am silly, I know.
