We never hurt the snipe, Barbara. Just put a census marker on them, and then release them. I don't deny it probably frightens them, though. So I don't know that I would participate in a snipe hunt now. It's been since 1986 that I organized a hunt, and the team I prepared was not successful. They found a hole, they said, and I figured they might have found a snake hole, and I didn't want anyone hurt, so I disbanded the team.
