Sometimes I think that a "place" and the "atmosphere" or "attitude" there is so apppealing to you that you kind of adopt it as your comfort-zone persona - if that makes any sense. I know the Key West attitude is a laid-back, enjoy life, and don't be so uptight one. I suspect Jamaica is the same.
