1 shot Midori
1/2 shot Irish whiskey
1/2 shot honey liqueur
Champagne or sparkling wine

Start with a tall, thin flute glass. Put in the Midori, the Irish Whiskey, and the honey liqueur. Then fill to the top with a sparkling wine of your choice. A sweeter wine like Prosecco will make the drink sweet, while a dryer wine like brut Champagne will keep it fresh. Watch the bubbles rise, and toast to love!
