Watch it wiggle! See it jiggle! Molds are great fun to eat, and this one has the delicious flavor of sangria. Not for the kiddies! Make sure this one is served to adults only. You can always make a separate mold for the little ones that is alcohol free. Just make sure to mark them very clearly.
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups cranberry cocktail
1 cup red wine
1 peach, cubed
1 orange, cubed
1 tsp lemon peel
In a saucepan, combine the gelatin, sugar and cranberry cocktail. Heat for about three minutes. Add in the red wine, then remove from heat and refrigerate.
Wait for mixture to semi-thicken before adding in fruits, so they don't all sink to the bottom :)
Pour the jello mixture into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
This is one recipe that does not lend itself to reducing down to a one-glass size. Make the full batch and invite over some friends!

Note: I created these sangria recipes and have had them online for years. If you find similar sangria recipes elsewhere, it's because someone copied my idea. I do appreciate it when visitors write in to warn me about the plagiarism - but usually there's not much I can do about it! What's really funny is when they copy my design right down to my sangria pitcher. That's a bit much :)
