The 2002 batch was begun on April 27th, 2002.

Day 2: April 28th



Dandelion Wine The second day is just about stirring twice. We have this in a glass container but any glass or ceramic pot you have around is fine. Just make sure it's clean and cover the top with saran wrap. You don't want to use metal.
