I agree with Cetan. Wait at least 24 hours and air out the house. I never trust "pet safe" or "animal safe" products to be bird safe. Birds are more sensitive than dogs, cats, hamsters, etc.
BTW, I had "odorless" pesticide sprayed in my apartment last month, but I could smell it hours later. I figure if I can smell chemicals, whatever's in the air could hurt my birds.
The smell was gone the next evening, so I brought my little feathered sweethearts back home then.
