KoKo, I am guessing that you probably have enough toys in the cage. A few is usually enough, as long as there is a variety of textures and activities in those few toys. Also, it's important not to overcrowd the cage, or the birds can't spread their wings when they're in there.
BTW, it's really nice that you rescued your handicapped bird. Some of them aren't so lucky...
