As you all know Freddy and Lucy are getting ready to have babies....
Well I let Freddy out for a little while during the day to get some exercise. Lucy stays in....she needs to nest.
Well I had just put Freddy back in the cage after being out for a bit. (He comes over and lets me know when he is ready to get in) Well he went back in and I am not sure why but, he decided he wanted back out. I turned around and seen him trying to get out from between the bars. I have seen him and some of the other keets do it befor. Well I just put the cage back together a little crooked. Well I hadn't done that this time and boy he knew it too! lol

Here are a couple pics!

HAHAHAHA! What a bad birdie, lol. Those pics are too funny, keets sometime can be little terrors, but they make me laugh so hard. Thanks for sharing that, it brightened my day a lot, lol. Best wishes. Jloc

What is the bar spacing on the cage? I only ask because I'm worried now that mine may do that in their cage and I won't be here to rescue them! eek

I'm glad you were there to save your baby! :p

It's look about 1/2 inch, could be 5/8ths though. I think the reason for that is like so many cages the last row of bars get spaced too far apart, all my cages have that, I don't like it but what can you do. Again all my cage are 1/2 inch but have the bigger openings on the sides. Oh well funniest pics I had seen in a long time, what a funny little bird. Best wishes. Jloc
