The kitchen is a disaster - there is not enough space, and the old wooden shelves have already deteriorated from steam and grease. I am thinking of replacing them with steel ones. But the question is - how convenient are they for everyday use? Maybe someone has already installed these?

Hi. I wonder if they get dirty very much and how to clean them?

I can help, I have something to suggest. We installed custom stainless steel shelves from https://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Floating-Shelving-Commercial-Restaurant/dp/B08WWV1SXR in the restaurant - and it's a salvation! Stainless steel is not afraid of water, grease and even accidental hits with pans. The main thing is to take with sides so that nothing slips off. They are easy to clean, and look like new even after several years. An excellent solution if you want to forget about the problem with shelves for years.
