Good idea Two Keets, in one of my prior posts they suggested someone make a post about Pet insurance and other payment options. I know things happen unexpectedly and the money isn't always there. However there are always options! Most veterinary offices are willing to make a payment deal for a valued customer.
****disclaimer!!! I am NOT a sales rep for either of these options, as a CVT these are the options the veterinary office i work for offers. Please click the links and learn from the website exactly what each offers!***
The two other options I know of are Pet insurance and CareCredit. Pet Insurance is just like insurance for people, only you pay up front and the insurance company will pay you back. the most common company in my area is VPI (veterinary Pet Insurance) here is the website:
http://www.petinsurance.com/
The other is CareCredit. It's like a credit card only it's used for patient care, both animal and human. for the minors on this site this is something your parents need to apply for, i believe you must be 18 to get a card.

no problem! i just remembered seeing a post in the general section about some guy promoting his business, i didn't want people to think i worked for either company and was just using this as a free billboard.
I hope i helped you and a few other people out! We tell a lot of people about it at work and very few have heard about care credit, or know that you can get insurance for your pets.

Pet insurance is a great idea and when you consider the costs of some procedures, well worth it.

For the younger ones who can't get insurance I always suggest putting a little aside each week into a special 'money box' without dipping into it. They can usually afford to buy the latest CD etc. so I tell them, borrow it and copy it (or have a friend do it for you) and put the difference aside for your pets health fund.

There's many ways of putting aside that little bit each week and in the long term, it's well worth it.

But as WhitePegasus has already said, most vets will allow time payment to good customers.

For pet insurance, do you put each pet on a policy (I haven't checked out the site yet) and does it cover regular check-ups for your pet? Interesting post, I requested it and I think it is good information to know about.

I'm not sure how it works. I'm on the end that fills out the form and gives it back to the client. I think you can get group policies but i'd have to look it up again.

There's a variety of policies around and it all depends with which insurance company and which particular policy you opt for, similar to human health insurance.

One of the most important factors in choosing a website design company is how easy it will be for you to pay them.
