I hope each and everyone of the forum members has a great turkey day and gives thanks for their blessings.

Remember that keets like baked squash or sweet potatoes (plain of course, no butter, sugar or salt) and steamed veggies and maybe even a little fresh pumpkin .....yum! Bob and Tom are already begging!

Happy Turkey Day to you too! I only hope my itching stops soon. I went off steroids a few days ago and it just killed me - I am itching like crazy and have been sleeping most of the time. I finally am feeling sane enough today to try to get some work done!

I do have hope that the poison ivy will start to subside soon.

Gosh Lisa you sure have been overwhelmed by that poison ivy. So sorry for you. I learned a few years ago to wash immediately with dish soap for 10 minutes if ever exposed to poison anything and it really works to cut the oils and prevent the out break.

I sure hope it improves quickly. The worst thing that ever happened to me was that I disturbed a yellow jacket nest by accident and got over 100 stings. I was on steroids for over a month. It was horrible. So I can relate.

Have a nice thanksgiving. Lisa I had bad poison ivy too once, but I was prescribed that soap that washes the oils out and that took care of it.
