is she trying to help him lose his big (RANDOM?) piece of extra beak

we went to the petstore and they can clip it for 7$!! cheap i hear.

Yes $7 would be well worth it.

They pull at each others beak, even if one does not have a long beak.

Yah,

No, i think why she is pulling (This is my theory) is because, like i said. Maybe she is just pulling at his beak or he's trying to feed her (Seeds), is it possible for him Not to be able to give her food, because his beak is so long?

$7 is indeed a good deal.
BUT make sure that whoever is doing the trimming is experienced! A bird's beak is sensitive and has nerve endings, it can be very painful and even bleed if it is trimmed wrong.Which in turn would make it uncomfortable for them to eat properly, and even use it to climb with. It's also a pretty traumatic experience.
You might want to call an Avian vet and get a price from them. A few dollars more would be well worth knowing it's being done right.
