Keep her warm away from any drafts and make sure she's eating and drinking. Is she molting by any chance? When my birds molt, they always act like they're sick: they get super lazy, puffed up, scream like crazy, but once they finish they're molt, they go right back to their old selves. You can tell if they're molting if they're loosing their feathers and if you see pins feathers coming in on their head. I hope that's all it is

I would bring her to an avian vet just to be safe.
There's a certified avian vet in the Bay Area I found:
San Francisco, CA - Lynn Rose Dustin (Bay Area Bird Hosp) - 415-566-4359
Got that information from this site:
http://www.birdsnways.com/articles/abvpvets.htmIn the meantime though, keep her warm. You can put a heating pad under her cage with a towel cover the sides and the back. Just monitor her when it's on, you don't want her to get over heated. I'll keep my fingers crossed for her, best of luck to you and BooBoo and please keep us posted.
