The babies hatched on July 4th. I know this is for parakeets not cockatiels, but I wanted to share the babies pictures. They actually had thier clutch in the salad bowl I give them their veggies in. It goes to show you that where theres a will theres a way. I hope you enjoy them.

Heres the mommy and daddy, Huckleberry (grey) and Sweet Potato (cinnamon).

Babies on the first day, not all have hatched yet. 3 hatched on the same day(the first one died).

A few days later, after the last egg had hatched

And finally, these were taken today

Here are some pictures that were taken the other day. Its amazing how fast they grow. They are now 20 days old, and the baby is 18 days old.

Here are new pictures of the babies. The parents still feed them occassionally but they are mainly doing everything on thier own. They should be moving to their own cage soon. Im just waiting on the little one to get a little more feathers.I tried taking the older two out but Sweet Potato(mommy)squacked and squacked so I put them back. I guess she wasnt ready yet.

Hawk is the yellow one, Cole is the darkest grey one, and Little Minnie is the smallest one.
