Cloud has realy stepped into the sunlight with all your compliments friends
Just today he has begun to sit still when i walk up to the cage and talk to him. Amazing! All this time Cloud has been flighty. Even when I took his picture, he tried to turn away from the big electric eye... LOL
I cooed to him as I always do when passing through the dining area. This time he sat still and even cooed back while I was on the phone! (faints)

Cloud got so big!! He's very tricky, first I thought he was a male, then female now he looks like a male again lol. He's so adorable

Generally, males have purple or blue ceres (noses) and females have tan, white or brown ceres. It depends on how old they are, it's hard to determine the age of a baby parakeet. If you keet has a blue or purple cere, definitely a male. Pink is debatable because some females have pink ceres. You got any pictures of your birdies mj?
