So Baby Blue, is your question next, or was that question used before? Who has the next question?

I can't answer this, I haven't worn laced shoes in ages. I was never very good at tying shoes anyway.

I guess we should do babyblues question next. It is a good one.

If you could be any flowering plant... what would you be?

Hmm, I guess I would say a rose bush. Rose bushes, for the most part are pretty hardy but their roses are also very beautiful and delicate.
I would want to be those roses that are swirled with two different colors...the red and white swirly ones. smile

Gerbera Daisies...they are sooo big, bright and just when you think they are dying, just give them some water and they straighten right back up. Below is a pic of them.

Hmmm. I'll have to think about it. I love gardenias, but that would be too sweet-smelling to be me. And I don't think I'd want to be an exotic orchid. Hydrangeas are pretty and are a different color based on the mineral content (or metal) of the soil. But I think I'd want to be able to control my color to a certain extent, and to have protection (like roses). I wouldn't want to be an entrapment plant.

Maybe a Christmas cactus, but they only bloom once a year.

Marge says there is no flower that is permanent. They bloom and then they die. She notes that silk flowers are "permanent," but they're not real, and they collect dust.

Marge says she'd like to be a magnolia, because it's up in a tree, and squirrels run around and have fun. Or a day lily.

So, I guess I'll just go for beauty and live for the moment. I think I'll be a carnation - not the most beautiful, perhaps, but in a simple way quite lovely and fulfilling. Maybe others would enjoy my input into their lives.

I think (hmm think hard!) perhaps maybe a violet. Or a lily. They are both soothing and beautiful flowers smile

Gerbera, my favourite. They are also called African Daises I believe.

They look like they'd be happy.

If a mirror could reveal your heart (not your physical heart, but who you are), what would it show?

This is an interesting question.
I will answer this, but I need to think of how to answer it. Maybe I'll wait and see some other answers first. smile
