I've looked on google and on birds 'n ways for avian vets near where I live but all of the avian vets are very, very far away...what should I do?

well i found an avian vent near me just cause i wondered if they had one and as i drove by i looked at the name then googled it and they said they had a vet, so i guess look around for a vet around u and then google them if u havent done that already. sry if this didnt help good luck

Look in the yellow pages of your phone book. What I did was call all of the vets in my area and ask them if they saw birds. If they said no, I asked them if they know of a vet that does. Once you find a place that says yes you should check that they're avian certified too because some vets know nothing about birds but will see them anyways. All of the vets were very helpful and gave me other numbers to try.
My vet is not close, he's like 45 minutes away, but it's the best I can do.
