what happens to the birds/animals at pet stores that have been there for a long time or not bought. do they keep them till they sell or what. seems like one day we go into a pet store and theres a lot of birds then a few days or a week later there is only a few.

Most stores around here just keep them for until they sell. There was one who would mark them down just to sell them out, but that store is gone now.

Well, I bet many of the chain stores have plenty of each type of animal that die...so that must cut down on their animal population mad
