1. What type/brand of bird food do your keets eat?
Nutri-Berries (fruit and veggie, spicy peppers, and the regular keet type)

2. How many food and water dishes do you have?
Seven food cups, and One water botle

3. How many Keets do you have?
Five

4. How many toys do they have in there cage with them?
Seven

5. How much millet do they eat?
Hardly any maybe once every three months months

6. What types of snacks/treats do they eat?
Carrots, Broccoli, Parsley (I'm trying to get them to eat healthy snacks :D)

7. Whats their favorite food or snack/treat?
They love broccoli and carrots and their new favorite is Crispix Cereal

8. Do you add mulit/vitamin drops to their food or water?
Yes, in their water bottle

9. How many girls? How many boys?
4 boys and 2 girls

10. What color are your birds?
One is white, light yellow, sky blue, and alittle bit of navy blue on the tail.
Second one is yellow and green
Third is turqoise, with white wings and a grayish back
Fourth is green, light green, yellow and navy blueish tail
Fifth is a grayish blue, and white

11. What are their names?
Bernie, Homer, Donald, Wanda Murphy, and Duncan

actually i have 3 cages combined together = HUGE CAGE =] i made my self. they are rarely in it tho, only for sleeping time +D they use my room as their cage, never have their wings been clipped, never forced in a cage , and never hungry =D spoiled brats =X and plus my room is full of perches and perch like things.

But doesn't it get messy?
with them kinda being everywhere in ya room at their own will?

Which is better?
A water dish? or a water bottle?

I think I win with # of toys and such... spoiled keeties, they must be over-stimulated =]

actually they get i get mad when they poop in my room so they go in cage to poop =D

Kaytee fiesta mixed with kaytee eggcite and 8 in 1 moulting blend and 8 in one grains and greens also separate dish of zupreem fruit blend pellets, they also get cooked grains and bean mix (beak appetite)

3 water dishes, 4 or 5 food dishes + dishes for fruits/veggies/cooked foods

4. How many toys do they have in there cage with them?
19 toys plus 2 swings and a hanging spiral rope thing. They have 3 comfy rope perches, 5 manzanita perches, 2 cholla wood perches and 1 wooden dowel type. That is the number of toys currently in the cage - I have a huge box with many more toys I rotate them.
5. How much millet do they eat?
They get about 1 big spray a month (or less)
6. What types of snacks/treats do they eat?
Kaytee honey snacks are the only type they will eat.
7. Whats their favorite food or snack/treat?
Kaytee honey treats, apples, wild rice cooked, strawberries, corn on the cob.
8. Do you add mulit/vitamin drops to their food or water?
NO - it encourages bacterial growth in the water and makes it taste funky so they will not drink as much as they should

2 boys, 2 girls
10. What color are your birds? 11. What are their names?
Sweetgirl is white with turquoise on her stomach and above her tail and some black spots.
Sweetboy is pale yellow with some grey stripping on his back and stomach, I've never seen another like him.
Greengirl is olive green with black yellow tipped wing feathers.
Batboy is also green but a little lighter and he has yellow primary wing feathers.

food ... my keets eat 8 in 1 normal seeds .. but i mix into that the ecotrition greens seeds and the tropical fruits seeds i mix all three ina big plastic container so they get a good mix daily.

also they eat a variety of veggies and some fruits.

i have 2 small seed trays.... and one water fountain .... sometimes i stick a bigger tray of seeds in if im gona be gone from the house for a while.

plus i have a small tupperware lid with the veggies and fruits in it daily ...


i have 2 keets. jazzie is between 6-8 months. and nunu is around 3-5 months. and both ... so far .. are boys.

they have a TON of toys .. ive literally bought almost every single toy sold at walmart petco and target haha

i change them every 3 days ... they have alot of ladders, 2 swings and a mirror with beads that stay in always

hmm ... i give them millet probally too mch .. i was babying them cuz they were in a new home so im not giving as much now as i was ... but i give half a stick of millet once or twice a week... sometimes they dont even eat it they just eat the veggies instead:)

they eat the honey and seed perch sticks ... i always have one in the cage they snack on it and loooove to perch on it mostly...

they also like the kiwi, orange and banana seed sticks

right now i dont give them any vitamins ... i have been looking into organic foods for them though.

tutu: u have some smart birds!! mine rather poop where ever!! lol o0o well

yea target has some ... not a very big selection though .. they are animal planet brand ... some targets have more than others walmart has some good ones for cheap like 82 cents and 2 and three dollars
