My husband describes my cage as Disneyland to people. I was cracking up when I heard him say this. He says "yeah, there are roller coasters, all kinds of rides"....So I thought I would post some pics of my remodel. For those of you who have this cage I would highly recommend that you buy 5 feet of thickish rope and add some extra climbing fun. Big Bird cannot use it as well as Neptune but he still gets around. They can pretty much navigate any part of the cage by using this rope. Hope you enjoy!

Nice cage setup!

I could have bought a color TV, but I chose an old black and white one. Deal with it.

I couldn't help but laugh when I saw the picture of Big Bird. He is just such a character with that cute face of his!! It looks like we have the same color and good idea on getting rope to help the birds get around. I thought I had a ton of toys until I put them all in the cage. It looks like they don't have anything!!

two keets...or are you going to change to three keets??....
I started out with smaller "parakeet" type toys, but you really need bigger stuff to fill it up. I got ALOT at the 75% off sale. Just get a couple of things here and there and you will have your Playbird Budgie Mansion decked out in no time.

Jeannie...I am not sure exactly how old big bird is. His leg band said he was born in 06', so he could be anywhere from 6 months to 17 months old. Based on his head striping I would say he has gone through 2 molts.
