This is breaking news. On Monday, May 21, 2007 a 6.5 pound cat who was recovering from surgery, forced a big Irish Setter to tuck tail and run. The tiny ball of fluff was actually a bomb waiting to go off, and when it did it did so with speed, purpose, and noise!
Okay, so I adopted Sabatth last week. I brought her home on Thursday. Trouble (dog) is used to Scamper just running away way he bugs him. Sabatth however, was a different story. Not only is she tiny, she is a little underweight and she had surgery before I brought her home. Still, when Trouble started bugging her she would have none of it. Since the girls room in our house still doesn't have a door, my sisters and I had put up a gate to keep the puppy out. It had fallen partily down and was laying at an odd angle across the doorway. Trouble was in the hall, Sabatth in the room. Trouble would poke his nose at her and she would hiss and he would jump back. This went on for a while untill Sabatth had had enough. So she jumps at him and chases him into the boys room. She didn't have time to do any further damage though, as I pulled her out as soon as I caught up. Believe me I took great pleasure in telling my brother (who was always encouraging his dog to bother Scamper) that his wimpy dog and gotten whipped by a tiny 6.5 pound cat who was still recovering from surgery.
