I am so sorry Aye Yoo, You are a great bird daddy and Boom had an excellent life with you and was extremely happy I'm sure, so not to worry. He will always watch over you, until you meet again. AT least you can feel comforted that he is keeping Cricket company. And as sad as that picture was, I also thought it was beautiful, boom looked so at peace, and while it brought tears to my eyes, it also made me feel how beautiful and precious life is. And as in my quote, our bodies may be mortal, but our souls are eternal, and his soul has moved on to a wonderful place where he shall enjoy himself until you meet again and will be able to enjoy it together, free from pain, worry or sadness. Thanks for sharing I know how hard that can be, and just be happy knowing how great of a life you provided for Boom and all your birds. Best wishes and best of luck. Jloc

Capt. I had no idea Boom would get it... he was being himself the whole *******g day, but late at night.. I hear a fading beeping noise, I jumped up and turned on my lights... he final went boom... my other keets reacted like themselves... Chupu was looking and didn't do anything. And I thought Chupu would have it worse because of the eye, but Boom... passed... Chupu's eye got so much better though, no bump, but a little bit rad color... every other bird is perfectly well... thanks for you concern...

Jloc... I even said to Cristina that when Boom died, it was the only time we (Boom and I) felt peace with each other... he was always a rebel, loner but so happily living... I give him my all, I wish I could have given him more... but hey, time goes on, life too...

Aww poor Boom! I agree even though it's sad he looks really peaceful in that picture.
I know he had a perfect life with you and now he's flying with Cricket and all of the other angel keets that have passed away.
I'm sure your other birdie babies will keep you company!
