Hold on there...thats NOT my bird..its someone elses..ill post a pic of my Rosellas who are kept spotless, well fed and watered and have regular checks by myself who is a trained veterinary nurse. The red legs on the other bird i posted is not its skin..its feathers on its ankles are red!
I have told her on several occasions about the birds and they smell bad too as the cage is only emptied out at the bottom,,,the perches arent cleaned and the water only changed when they remember...i take little treats to them when i can.ill post my Rosellas so u can see the difference.

well it wont be easy for ya thats for sure...but it needs to be done for the birds sake who has no say...no reason for a animal to have to live like that...it takes minutes for gosh sakes to clean up the birds cage and make sure of fresh water etc... such a shame...wish you luck but more importantly i hope that bird has better luck... smile its the one that counts.

Your birds are beautiful saly. I can see they are very well cared for and well loved grin

Now if only you could teach your friend to follow in your footsteps. *sigh
But I have a feeling that ain't gonna happen
Please pleeeease DOOOO do something about it. If you have to turn her in or confiscate her birds then so be it.
The way she is making them live in there own feces is unconscionable. It's abuse pure and simple.
Yes it will be hard for you to do, but I would think that knowing what those birds are going thru is even harder??

Thanx for sharing pics of Rosie n Jim. We don't get to see rosellas here very often

There is an ample quantity of different types of parrots including: Lovebirds, Lorikeets, Amazons, Cockatoos, and Macaws and they all consist of unique and similar parrot information. All of these birds can most likely be seen within your local zoo due to the fact that they are comprised of attractive and vibrant colors that can prove to catch the eye of visitors.
