peepers, I don't know. each school has their own rules. some allow no pets, some allow fish, some allow other things. its all up to the university itself.

When I was in college, you could sneak in a hamster or pet mouse or goldfish, but technically no pets were allowed. It was a bit of a farce, at the beginning and end of each semester -- many people stealthily transporting hamsters from dorm to car...

My sister is in her 4th year of vet school. She has never been so sleep deprived, nor happy. She loves every minute of it. Good luck! Do you know where you want to apply to?
