Before I brush my teeth, I thoroughly rinse the whole toothbrush and the head especially well. Well, that's OCD for you!

i put water on before and after toothpaste. also during the brushing and after i am done i rinse it. i like it really bubbly. hehe.

I have a special paste , you are not supposed to rinse it etc. just spit, but i can't help it, so after is the answer just to wash it.

I wet my toothbrush before I put the paste on and then after to rinse it clean.
