i'll try and find one..... adn i think my cage cost like 40 or so... and idk it's some lil easter basket i got a couple of years ago for easter.. and they fight to hurt sometimes... they mostly just do it just b/c they can i think... and yes they hard peck they jab at each other..... and no Sky is a boy!! He cere is lite blue and purple...... all keets cere aren't the same. some are darker than others! and no for some reason i see it as better to just let them other get into the cage all at once.... i know it's wrong but i don't have anyplace to put a cage near each other..... and i don't see wut the point in it at times

well my friend told me that they can kill the keet that way because they dont know it and they can just attack it because they may thinkg its an intruder, and omg u puting 4 keets in a 40$ cage?? i have a 60$ big cage and i belive i can put 4 keets in there but heck i dont know lol.. and let me understand, u will have 3 boys and 1 girl? lol, u should of had 2 boys and 2 girls, that way its balanced, and tell me, what tells u that if u get a 4th keet they will all get along? im curious what difference that change would make, so sky will have a friend, but then they can still fight 2 on 2, which is far more worse, i think thats why they are fighting, cuz u placed the new keet inside the cage right away without first introducing with a seperate cage, when u first put the new keet in the cage with the other 2, did the new keet eat from their cups and stuff?

yeah i know but the cage i got is sorta kinda big! it's enought space for them to be alone! have there own space to sleep and to get away from each other..... also alot of time since someone is alone they will usally get along with the other loner! and plus if it's Lily and Brad always together they don't have to worry about a third bird bothering them..... and if Sky has somoene to play with then he won't worry about running behid Lily and Brad... so that may cut down alot of the fighting........ and no i don't put my new keet by himself! i put him in with the others... ((just something i do)) and of course the new keet isn't just gonna start eating right away... after a while he eats out of different dishes to see which one is ok.... after that he start ed go and look at Lily and Brad...... Brad wanted to play..... Lily just didn't like him period! even tho know they can be around each other without fighting as much! so they're all getting use to each other! he hasn't been here a week yet and he already trust me enough to step onto my hand and foot..... ((my foot b/c like now if i let him out and he falls off the cage and i don't wanna bend over to get him i just leave my foot there and he'll walk over and see it's ok and step on to it and hop by onto his cage!)) and he'll sit on my shoulder as long as he doesn't see the cage and fly away.... and he'll even sit on top of my head as long as i don't tell him to get down or put my hand up there for him to come down...... he hasn't bitten me yet... he's not so much into letting me pet him just yet but he'll let me touch him a lil bit..... so i guess my methods of getting my keet use to me is working pretty well. o0o yeah Brad is the same way he'll does the same as Sky but i think he's jelouse that i take Sky out when they start fighting instead of him and let him sit on top of the cage by himself... he starts to bit me now a lil but i just tap his beak and tell him no

there is no such thing as a big 40$ cage. the first cage i bought was 42$ and well i thought it was really big u kno, i was rushed to get my keets and all so i just got tthat 42$ cage, then went home , put everything, lol and yes u are right, i could put 6 keets in there with them still being able to move and get away from each other obviously and jump from 1 perch to another LOL but thats not how its supposed to be, these guys need to have like space to fly, thats how my cage is, they can fly in it from a ladder to ladder, in the bottom of the cage that it, in the top i got da toys and all that but they can fully stretch the wings and all that, and let me ask u, when u put sky in the same cage with ur 2 current keets, what was the reaction? did they come to sky and checked it out? i mean there must have been some reaction, it cant be that u put sky in the cage and they were all quiet, do u have a few toys in the cage? oh and where do u have ur food cups, in the bottom of the cage? and are the cups next to each other? they dont fight over food?

Once again read the minimum cage size post - also the reason for quarantine is that if the new keet is sick you will end up with 4 sick birds. I'm tired of saying it over and over - as do a lot of long term forum members. Since you're going to do whatever you want why even talk about it. I'm done answering.

ill have to agree with cetan on this one. im tired of saying the same things over and over again also. when people are dead set in what they are going to do, i mean why evan ask for others opinions on what you should do if your just going to do it your way anyway? it just doesnt make since.

Wow... ok. Well you just got your first two birds less than a month ago. I most definitely do not think adding a 4th bird now is a good idea especially when you haven't fully trained your 3 new birds. Please take this as slowly as possible. I added 4 birds over the course of a year... actually a little longer. I made sure I quarantined them, bought a huge cage, and learned a ton about keets before I went to this many. Let me tell you... 4 birds is not easy. They do eat a lot and they obviously poop a lot more than just having 2. I have had some very expensive vet bills with 4 and it is tough to keep all 4 of them outside of the cage. I have to figure out who is missing or who has flown off. Also, they love to all wander about at the same time and you have to make sure you keep track of where they all are so you don't step on anyone while you are trying to pick them up. I know I told you to wait on adding a 3rd bird and that didn't work, but please do whatever you can to wait on adding a 4th bird. You definitely need a much larger cage. 100%.

i know i know on adding another bird but it was unexpected! My parent thought it would be nice for me to have another one or something....... so they went out and got me another Keet! and put it in the cage with the others already! Then i told them i need a bigger cage! and they was like ok but try and find one a lil over or under 100..... me getting my third keet wasn't planned.... more like un-planned....... and i could just tell my parent i don't want him.... when i knew i did.... so please don't take that the wrong way

I'm not taking it the wrong way at all. Read my post a little more carefully. I completely understand your situation and clearly there was nothing you could have done. I'm just giving you more advice on what to do in the future. We have also advised you on good cages to buy. I know I sent you a link for one that is large enough and slightly over $100.
