YOu were a good owner.. never doubt that you were loved though maybe not shown..for no good deed is not felt (even by a bird) even from afar. And the greatest deed of all is to love.. which we all know you did. I am sure he loved you and his independce only probably had to do with his personality..
He will fly free forever among the sky and in your memory, and on your hardest days he will be silently by.. for truly gaurdian angels have wings!
