Grilled Marinated Tuna Steaks
Best served with the Nobska Red
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Nobska Red wine
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped fine
2 scallions, chopped fine
pinch dried hot red pepper flakes
4 (8 oz) 1 in thick tuna steaks
1. In a heavy-duty zip lock bag combine all the ingredients and then
add the tuna.
2. Marinate covered in the refrigerator 1-2 hours.
3. Grill on an oiled rack about 5 min on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Serves 4.
