Every spring I think about making dandelion wine since the yard is full of offerings. This year, though, we missed out on it. It was an odd spring and we just didn't get around to gathering any up.

So I'm thinking it's time for a summertime wine. Maybe fruit? What do you think? Have you made fruit wines?
