I kid you not, back in 2007 we were working on dandelion wine and put the wine aside in a carboy to age until we got around to it. We still haven't bottled it! Bottling wine is such a hassle for us for some reason. We should just drink it straight out of the carboy I think, or somehow get it into boxes.
Hopefully soon we will get this stuff bottled, before more dandelions come up in a few weeks!
Anyone else looking forward to dandelion wine?
