Vin Santo is a wine of the Chianti region - Tuscany. Traditionally this wine is associated with All Saint's Day. It's an amber colored dessert wine. Usually the grapes involved are malvasia and trebbiano.
The name "Vin Santo" means "Wine - Holy", or holy wine.
