During my trip this past weekend we had a 10 hr layover in Philadephia. I got to go to Miramoto Sushi - land of the Iron Chef!! It was a VERY cool restaurant with swirly walls, a wavy ceiling, and plastic booth dividers that changed colors. And yes, the sushi was delicious
