All I have to say is I enjoy your website. Anything that mentions Da Vinci is a big hit on my list, even if it's not something wonderful.

The Da Vinci Code has got to be the best book I have read. I'm not quite finished with it, but it's enthralling. I love history, exspecially Art History and Leonardo Da Vinci, so I had to buy the book.

Anyways, your site is wonderful. I'm going to keep reading.

Yes, Leonardo was an amazing man in many, many different ways! So it's great that a giant group of people will now learn about him and his talents. He invented many things that we still find amazing in modern times.

Which painting of his is your favorite?

i could have been reading about myself-i too love art history and leonardo da vinci. i must admit, reading the da vinci code opened this interest wider for me, and i now take a deeper interest and the beauty of art history. favourite paintings.....i love The Virgin Of The Rocks, the Louvre version as this is the original, so has the absolute meaning that da vinci intended. i like the grotto portrayal, and the intricate designs for the beautiful plants, based on his botanical studies. (may i also say that i love his handwriting that dominates the study the of proportion of the human body, the vitruvian man smile )

That is a nice one - but maybe the second version is the one that better got his intention done, since he had time to "practice" on the first one to see what worked and didn't work smile
