Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum, and would like some advice. I am the proud mother of Coby and Pico, and of course Riley (the cat). I adopted Coby in November of last year and in March (06), I took Pico in out of a neglected home. Coby and I have a WONDERFUL bond. I have spent the last several months trying to establish the same rapport with Pico. My efforts began paying off about 3 months ago, and he is finally "coming out of his shell," and talking, cuddling, etc. For the last 3 days, however, he has begun sleeping on his food bowl. I don't know if he is just afraid he is going to run out of food (we have 4 bowls that are changed daily), or if there may be something wrong. None of his other behaviors have changed and I just wanted to see if anyone else thought this behavior is odd. I have never encountered this before, even through all of my research and experience. I would greatly appreciate any help. (They will both be one year old on Saturday and we don't want to be sick for our birthday party).
