hi my one of my 2 parakeets that ive had for 8 weeks already know the commands,up,down,be nice, and get in, be nice is for when there fighting or just making mad noises, get in is for when i want them to get back in the cage on there own. there really tame now and will let me pet there head because there molting. which leads me to this does anyone have any good tips for things to do when your keetis molting? also my nieghbor just got rid of his roach problem now im all of a sudden seeing roaches in my house and just last night one got in the bird cage, they were horrified of the brown thing crawling on top of the grill in the cage, i really want to put roach poison in the corners of my room but i don't want to acciedently kill the birds.what should i do.

Oh that makes my skin crawl just thinking about that! I hate roches! I don't know about poison but I do know they have bird protectors you hang on the cage and it gets rid of bugs, maybe that will help. They have them at most any petstore. I would have your house sprayed If I were you, but I know some people don't do that.
