Hi all,

I have a number of birds at my house but on one of my parakeets I have been noticing a liquid filled growth on her chest which is getting larger. This is on her chest right under her beak. My wife and I have been taking a syringe and have been trying to drain it but it continues to fill up. We are using an insulin syringe and completely fill the syringe up each time. I hate to keep putting her through that but I am not sure what else to do.

If anyone has any suggestions what this might be or what else we can do please let me know.

Welcome! I would absolutely talk to a doctor about that. That is a clear sign that something is wrong and the doctor can determine what specifically it is. Good luck!
