Hi! I'm getting a new baby budgie on Monday and bought a Hagen Vision M02 cage. We're having a terrible time putting the little "corner clips" on the wire. We got a few of them on but the others are impossible to attach. These are the clips that go 1/2 way up each wire. Does anyone have any suggestions? I tried calling the Hagen customer care line, but always got disconnected. frown Any help would REALLY be appreciated. We just can't get them to snap on.

the little white clips that attach have two little prongs and you need to bring the wire corners together then push them on ...it should show you on the directions......if you mean the clear clips ...the knobs/button fit in between the wires...and snap on...from INSIDE the cage while the lil white ones go on from the outside of the cage...the pictures on my box it came in even show it clearly.

this shows the clear ones

and this shows both clips

lol ahall some just have trouble with directions i guess

anyway the LARGER clear ones if you look close the round part is on the outside of the wires while the flat part goes inside and clip between the wire bars

the lil white ones just bring the wires together and snap them on...look close at the pictures

Hi cherrio. I broke a couple nails on them clips. I found the easiest way is to connect one side. Line up the othe the pull on bith sides of the cage til it clips

Thanks to both of you! We FINALLY got it together with the help of some pliers. It was the white clips we were having trouble with. I think this cage is going to take some getting used to. Cleaning it looks like an interesting chore. I put newspapers on the very bottom, but noticed that the whole bottom is open when you lift the top to clean it. Hmmmm. Good thing I'm getting a hand raised budgie. Well, we'll figure it out. Thanks again!

It is actually simple to clean. I have 2 of them. The modle you have and a bigger one. I just throw the bottoms in the tub. And disinfectibg hand wipes are a life saver when it comes to tje bars. Like wet ones. Illusive is a genius for figuring that out. Id put paper on the grate. It helps a bunch. Or illusive uses simething else. She can tell ya what that is

yep a few of us use the flexable white plastic kitchen counter cutting boards

you can trim to shape them to the cage.... in any housewares dept i buy at walmart and get the biggest size which has 3 to a package...these are so simple to wipe down and replace to use over and over...

the white clips i dont think they have those any longer for replacement part i believe to replace those should you ever need to you would order more of the L-shaped ones...

and when you unclip the bottom tray i just lift the entire top off with bird inside which stays put and place onto a clean floor...then take the entire bottom to my sink or like ahall said the tub..just be sure you HEAR that clip snap open and CLOSED

and yes any disenfectant hand wipe works very easy to do the wire bars and even some toys etc...saves time and energy and they are after all disenfectant hand wipes you see all over now in stores

Thanks for all your tips! Think I'll buy some of those plastic cutting boards. Sounds easy to clean. I appreciate your suggestions!

are all your "white" clips "evenly" spaced ...ie...from top to middle L clip and from middle L clip to bottom of the cage?
