so.. from long ago i had that post about my friends tiel with a very sorry life. ive helped her work with him a little and def improve his conditions but we still have a lot to do. anyways in all the 7 years theyve had him hes never had a cuttlebone! i bought her some today but i was wondering... will he know what to do with it? i mean.. does he naturally know to eat it or will he just ignore it? maybe i should just tell her to scrape it into his food....

i know why the caged bird sings..... cuz he has me!!

It sounds like it got damaged, did he have a flight accident into something? If he didn't i am just guessing maybe a deformed type of thing. If it doesn't bother him i wouldn't be conscerned.

Well you probably can't see it very well, but Frodo is chewing on her cuttlebone. Frodo really likes her cuttlebone. Enjoy. Jloc
