is driftwood ok to put in the cage and if it is how should i clean it

I delieve driftwood is okay as long as the wood type is not on the toxic list also included.

I would not use driftwood. You can never be 100% sure what tree it came from and even if it is dried out it is still toxic. They have dried wood in petstores for 3-5 dollars, costly for a piece of wood but at least you know what tree it comes from and that its safe.
