what you did for that rabbit was truly an amazing thing. there aren't words for what the world is coming to these days; how could someone kill an animal because they didn't want it anymore? and even if you don't end up keeping him, you saved his life, and by trimming his teeth, alleviated his pain. there is no greater gift you can give.
i recently lost my dear little dwarf rabbit giuseppe to a stroke, and it makes me so happy to know that somewhere, another one is alive because of someone's compassion. thank you for the size and depth of your heart; someday you'll be rewarded for it.
