I wouldn't know where to start with setting up my own website. I have some family history ones, but they are not really 'my own'. Plus, I'm guessing that it would be a costly enterprise??

The Kindle idea sounds like fun ~ but I can't see anyone rushing to buy my work!
It might be good to put my novel on it. Those who read it enjoyed it. But, where is the manuscript, amongst all my hoarded papers and books ?!?!

PDM, for your own website, i'd go to blogspot - you can start your own blog by following very simple directions and it's free. It takes five minutes or less to set up. You don't own your own domain, but you can at least get your feet wet this way with ease.
