Yeah Rocky loves them as well!
I think she could get around pretty well before, its just that she's settled in now (starting to talk btw, no official words yet lol) (also still in denial she's a he... i won't admit it!) and is moving around more rather than just sitting in her one spot high up all day long. I ended up putting her toys up there because she never went anywhere else, and she was happy for that! She plays all the time now.
In the background of the pics you can see that platform I bought with the too big bar spacing; what my mom and I did was cover the top and bottom with matching sized(traced and cut) cardboard pieces and fastened tightly(cut off the loose ends) then I put paper towels on it incase she poops on it lol and it seems to work well! I see her sitting on there sometimes now.
So she's doing pretty well here.
As for the excercises... Its a good idea I think! I remember Val and her keety races down the hall LOL!! I loved that video. But I have no idea what kind of excercises I would do! Maybe stepping up/stepping down repeatedly. Its a hassle, as she grips with her one foot, then pulls herself up with her beak. Idk. Any ideas anyone?
