how do i get them(buddy&Jasper) to stop marking their territory in the house?

Geesh I have no idea. Other than if you catch them in the act tell them bad dog you have to potty OUTSIDE. And take them out immediately. Than of course praise them when they DO "go" outside.
Or you could call Ceasar the Dog Whisperer lol Wouldn't THAT be cool?
