I'm not gonna argue with you guys -- they ARE adorable!
Here's a picture from today, 24/25 days old:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/doubleagent/3341764511You can see that the nest boxes are made with the hole at the perfect height... the baby a cannot exit until it is big enough. If the hole was too low, they might fall out too soon.
Oh, and we have names -- for now we're guessing the older one is male and the younger is female:
Mr. Feathers is the oldest and a definite mix of mom and dad with asymmetrical splotches of blue and white.
Blueberry is the baby, and very obviously smaller that her sibling... i think she'll be a clone of daddy -- more stripes and completely blue. Even though she's younger, that's her in the photo trying to be the first one to exit.
