I am right handed - quite ambidextrous

Really left brained.

I am right-handed, not very ambidextrous, short stubby fingers and was hard to play piano, but fairly sensitive in the pads of my fingers.

I don't know which is which, on the left brain, right brain, but on college boards, and SATs, and the like I was almost as high in sci/math as in verbal. But definitely better in verbal. And while I have no telepathy that I know of, I do think that I have some empathy. And I'm fairly good at finding things (but I think that has to do with logical troubleshooting - trying to retrace the steps I think the other person would have taken).

verbal - visual are something different than right/left brained.
I am 50/50 on verbal/visual
Left brain is logic etc
Right brain is artistic etc

btw - I am the one my family calls when they can't find something, even if it is their house miles away - no I am not psychic either just - very logical.

OMG...you are my twin...my parents do the same thing! Constantly...or when they don't know how something works...call Jen. Its crazy. I remember once when I was rushed into the ER for a ruptured ectopic preg. My dad called because the cable was out and wanted to know how to fix it! Another time I was in a very important interview/meeting and my husband demanded to talk to me because he couldn't find the remote control!It was where it always is...on top of the TV. We own a horse breeding farm and my parents will still call me first before calling the vet when something goes wrong. My Mom will not let me be away if it is getting close to foaling because I am the only one who will know what to do if there is a problem...Call the vet mom...not me.

And yes I get all those other calls - I have spent hours on the phone with my daughter while she works thru a computer problem. Sometimes I think they just need someone to listen while they talk themselves thru something.

I think I have a good balance between the two - if that's possible. At least I like and appreciate the art and music that speaks to me. And I think I create art in my own way.

I, too, get people telling me their problems and asking for advice. It happens regularly.

I come from a musical & artistic family ~ and my kids are creative in these areas ~ but those particular genes missed me

But I do appreciate art & music.

Wait a sec, when I said that I wasn't artistic, I meant that I couldn't draw, however I am a classically trained pianist and took ballet, jazz and tap for many years.
