Freecycle is a group dedicated to freebies...it's kind of like Craigslist, but everything is free. It's supposed to keep usable junk out of our landfills.

I'd just browse through your local groups and see if yo can find a cage.

The best way to forget your troubles is to wear tight shoes.

Find your city then just type cage in the search part. Check a few times a day cause the stuff goes quick.

is the web address just www.freecycle.com ? I get a weird page when I type that in. No place to enter city or zip or anything.

This is where it takes me: http://www.freecycle.com/

Thanks, now I have another dumb question. I typed in my town etc. and I got a list of groups in my "area" -- pretty far away really but in the state LOL. Do you have to join a group to see what is available? I just don't do well with new sites unless they are set up just the way I would set them up!!

Just click on "Browse Groups" Then you will get a list of states. Then click on your state and you will get a list of cities. Click on your city or the one closest.
Then click on the link at the bottom that says "Visit the Your City group and see the posts"
