Yesterday Chewy was sitting on my hand while we watched a movie. I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention to what he was doing until I felt him moving around a lot. I looked at him and he was....."having a good time" with my hand!
Then not an hour later I glanced over at Jack in his cage and he was having way too much fun with one of his toys. Since then he has been "playing" with that toy several times a day.
My baby boys both became men on the same day!!! LOL!!!

LOL! Awww. What a wonderful milestone of sorts! Better start telling them about the birds and bees.

LOLS That's cute, and actually kinda sweet in an odd sort of way Birds and the bees lol better concentrate on the birds part!!

Did you check for hair on their chests, too?

My lovie, Hugo, does that to a particular toy. It's his obsession. If he's not eating or drinking, he's dancing with his stuffed ball. I had taken it away, he was devoting too much time to it, but he got depressed, so I gave it back to him!

haha!!! that's great!! i remember mine too. Well, they are pretty far apart in age - as far as maturity time goes in the span of their first year. Peri is about six months older than Bleu but he doesn't know how to bathe. He didn't know how to do the humpty dumpty either until Bleu showed him how. Then they both went at it like crazy until the sun went down and after a few days of that i took the toy away. Bleu gets obsessive about my head - if i am wearing any kind of hair barrett, he loves to go to town. I'll just see this tail like a pendulum swinging back and forth over my eyes LOLOL!!

my lil Fiji also matured, with a favorite fluffy toy. but as long as that is away he does not do it.

i also remembered that i would be horrified if my boys ever tried to mount each other. Well, Bleu tried to go at it with Peri. They more looked like they were fighting but when they fell to the bottom of the cage and Bleu would not get off - i had to seperate them. it has not happened since and i was not horrified. they are just trying to satisfy their urges with whatever is closest to them.
