I don't think it is all that common of an occurance, but it does happen.... Feather dusters are a mutant breed of English budgies that has feathers that do not cease to grow. I don't think they have a long life span, but they sure are cute.

I think it is sad...just my opinion frown It doesnt look normal and it robs them of nutrients.
